SHIPPING POLICY

Orders generally ship within 1 week. Please note that sometimes shipments can take up to 3-6 weeks, especially large edition print releases. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for Domestic shipments, and Airmail for International shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please note on International orders, some countries charge duties/customs import fees. All international orders are subject to additional customs and duties fees, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Most items purchased through our online store can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied, please send the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining your return. Please email us at flopdoodle@timbiskup.com for the address to send your return/exchange to.

We can’t guarantee returns/exchanges for limited edition merchandise, or replacement of limited edition merchandise damaged in the mail.

Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of Flopdoodle. We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

ORDER LIMITATIONS

Please Note: All Limited Edition items are limited to one per customer unless otherwise noted. Orders containing more than one of any limited item will be refunded. Shopping baskets containing more than one of any limited item will be deleted without warning.
